Mr. McCoy is a Program Manager for the One Acquisition Solution for Integration Solutions (OASIS) program. He also serves as a trainer and subject matter expert on Acquisitions and systems related issues. In these roles Mr. McCoy is responsible for strategic development, management and process improvement of FAS’s professional services, which focus on the OASIS program as well as the Professional Services Schedule. Clint supports FAS’ federal agency customers with training and outreach.
Mr. McCoy brings more than 11 years of professional experience in the field of contracting and acquisition management to the GSA team. He is known for developing innovative approaches to complex issues and finding new ways to improve existing systems.
Mr. McCoy began his Career as an Army Officer in the Signal Communications Branch. He served two tours in Iraq and Kuwait where he acted as a Communications Infrastructure Program Manager overseeing the contracts which developed the new communications backbone of Iraq. In 2008 Mr. McCoy joined the VA as a contracting specialist and later moved to GSA in 2011 where he has remained ever since. Mr. McCoy has expert knowledge of the GSA Professional Services schedules and has served as a Contracting Specialist, Team Lead and Supervisor and holds an Unlimited Warrant. Mr. McCoy moved to support the OASIS program in 2017 and has quickly become an Agency and Industry Point of Contact for OASIS related questions.
Mr. McCoy holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Pacific Lutheran University. His acquisition certifications include both a FAC-C level III as well as FAC-COR level III.
Mr. McCoy lives in University Place Washington, with his wife Thanh, his daughter Deborah and his son David.
Mr. McCoy enjoys spending time with his family and watching his children develop into wonderful people.
