David A. Rose, Esq., is a managing partner in Rose Consulting Law, a firm practicing throughout the United States and internationally based in Valdosta Georgia. The firm practices primarily in the area of Federal Contracts and Procurement, business formation issues (LLCs, Domestic Corporations, Joint Ventures) Teaming Arrangements, 8a and Small Disadvantaged Applications to SBA, Mentor-Protégé, Affiliation and Ostensible Subcontractor Issues, M&A (buy/sell of firms), etc. and with the establishment of subsidiary entities in foreign locations from the Caribbean to the Mid and Far East.
A graduate of the National Law Center at the George Washington University School of Law, he holds three law degrees and undergraduate degrees in engineering and mathematics.
Formerly an EOD Officer, he holds the active rank of Lt Col in the United States Air Force Reserves where he is one of the primary advisors to the Commanding Officer of the USAFRC. He is also very active in SAME having earned the National Small Business Advocate Award twice and the Robert B. Flowers Small Business of the Year award most recently. He has been President and Vice President of the Moody Post and First Vice President of the Emerald Coast Post (Eglin AFB). He currently works as the Deputy for the SAME STEM Camp Program and is active on the National Small Business Committee and the Environmental Committee as well.
