As a Global Sales and Marketing Leader, Michele is a results-driven consultant, coach and trusted advisor with demonstrated skills in global sales and marketing, business development, strategic planning, presentation training and proposal management. With over 20 years of experience, she is a force behind  driving the growth of multiple public and privately held organizations including global, Fortune 500 companies and small, minority owned firms who provide engineering, construction and technical services to federal, state and local government across the country. She has also worked with multiple countries in Asia, Europe, Middle East and South America.   

Michele is the founder of MTN Consulting USA, a certified woman-owned business providing strategic business solutions based on the principle of supporting small to mid-sized companies with big business marketing strategy and tactics to achieve long-term value. She provides assistance and leadership to enhance business outcomes through an array of professional services customized to fill gaps in internal capability and capacity that are inherent in today’s competitive business environment.    

With a proven track record within the global engineering and construction industry in infrastructure and building markets including aviation, mass transit, transportation, and water, she has been a leader in facilitating large, diverse, cross-functional teams to capture projects with construction values from $1 Million to $5 Billion for federal, state, and local governmental clients.  She has built and managed sales and marketing teams of up to 20 people. Her focus is on meeting the unique needs of each client to achieve breakthrough results.

Michele earned an MBA, International Marketing at The Johns Hopkins University in Washington DC and a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing Management and Sociology at the State University of New York at Brockport. Her MBA studies included a business/educational trip to Shanghai and Beijing, China. Adept at change management with a natural curiosity for continual learning, she holds various certifications including a Foundation Certification with the Association for Proposal Management Professionals (APMP). She has run five marathons and has a passion for yoga, meditation, travel, craft beer and dogs, especially her Cavalier King Charles puppy named Cooper.
