Registration & Check-In

Location: Tennessee Lobby

  • Hours:

    • February 11, 2019: 8:00am – 5:30pm

    • February 12, 2019: 8:00am – 5:00pm

    • February 13, 2019: 8:00am – 12:30pm

  • Please note that all attendees, speakers and exhibitors will need their conference badge to enter all sessions, the exhibit hall and participate in matchmaking. There are no “exhibit hall only” ticket options, however one-day full conference passes are available for purchase onsite only.


Exhibit Hall

Location: Ryman Hall B1-2

  • Hours:

    • February 11, 2019: 1:00pm – 5:00pm

    • February 12, 2019: 8:00am – 5:00pm

    • February 13, 2019: 8:00am – 5:00pm

  • Please review the Matchmaking page to become familiar with our procedures prior to arrival.

  • If you need assistance please contact Melissa Szasz at info@national8aassociation.org or visit the Matchmaking Info Desk at the Conference.

  • We recommend you bring a copy of your matchmaking meetings to the Conference, however, schedules can also be printed at the Matchmaking Info Desk.

The event space is laid out on multiple floors, so we also encourage comfortable, but professional, footwear.
