The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Detroit District (LRE) is hosting a virtual Industry Day to discuss the upcoming dredging of Duluth Superior Harbor and to gauge contractor interest in participating in this project which is going to be re-solicited. They are looking for innovative solutions that can address challenges and provide a sustainable and cost-effective approach to dredging the harbor. Some challenges include, but are not limited to, scheduling, period of performance, and placement issues.
