This free, in-person workshop is designed to help small business owners, entrepreneurs, and companies learn the essentials of selling goods and services to Maryland state and local government agencies. Hosted by the Harford County Department of Economic Development, the session covers key topics such as how government agencies purchase through RFPs and bids, registering as a vendor on state/local procurement portals, identifying contracting opportunities in Maryland, and preparing competitive responses to solicitations.
