The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics (SORCC) New Construction of Buildings 300 and 301, Seismic Upgrade and Renovation of Building 201, and Associated Demolition in White City, Oregon. The scopes of work will be covered under two (2) separate design-build construction acquisition packages. Package 1 is the primary construction package and captures the execution of significant portions of work in a single construction acquisition. Package 2 is the secondary construction package and captures the execution of the remaining portions of work.
