The National LGBTQ+ & Allied Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), in partnership with the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP), along with members of the National Business Inclusion Consortium (NBIC), will host Unity Week, November 17–19, 2025, as an interactive virtual experience.

Bringing together the nation’s leading business diversity organizations, the 2025 NBIC Unity Week will celebrate diversity, opportunity, equity, and collaboration in a dynamic digital format. Attendees will engage with exclusive programming designed to advance the growth and success of diverse business communities in the United States and around the world.

Unity Week unites LGBTQ+ and allied leaders to honor hard-won progress while focusing on strategies to strengthen networks, expand opportunities, and build more prosperous, inclusive business ecosystems.
